Tech Electronics launches a customer experience center to accommodate the trends in customer expectations and grow service offerings. The service department is the company’s third largest revenue producer closing out the year at 12 million. Tech Electronics is projecting a 5% increase in total gross profit with the implementation of the Customer Experience Center.
