I cannot begin to describe to you the great pride this award brings to me and the entire Canova family. As a business owner, there is no better feeling in the world than knowing that your employees enjoy coming to work, believe in our mission and know that what they do is important.
As I look back on the past three years and see the changes in our organization, I could not be more proud of our employees and what our employees have accomplished.
