Is Your Panel Affected?
The NFS-320 phase-out includes the following panel models and SKUs:
- NFS-320
- NFS-320-PO
- NFS-320-SP
- NFS-320C
- NFS-320C-FR
- NFS-320CR
- NFS-320E
- NFS-320E
- NFS-320E
- NFS-320R
- CPU-320SYS
- CPU-320SYS-C
- CPU-320SYS-FR
- CPU-320SYSE
- 320-CLSS-KIT-A
- 320-CLSS-KIT-GW
- 320-CLSS-KIT-V
- 320R-CLSS-KIT-A
- 320R-CLSS-KIT-V
Not sure which model you have? Our Fire Alarm Specialists can help you identify your existing system through a System Assessment.
What Does the NFS-320 Phaseout Mean?
The phase-out marks an important change in the NFS-320’s product lifecycle, but it does not mean your existing panel needs to be replaced today.
Notifier has stated that installed systems will continue to be supported beyond the warranty period through the availability of replacement boards, subject to component availability.
However, NSF-320’s capacity is limited. As your facility changes, adding devices or expanding the system could eventually require a panel upgrade.
For existing NFS-320 users, this is an opportunity to:
- Understand where your existing system stands
- Consider future capacity and facility requirements
- Evaluate your long-term modernization options
- Build a plan before a future need dictates your timeline
A system change may not be necessary today, but understanding your options now can help you better prepare for the future.
